Starlight completes transfer of 11 ready-to-build solar projects in Italy
Sunprime and Starlight agree transfer of 11 ready-to-build photovoltaic plants totalling around 100 MWp in Italy

For Sunprime, this is the first building block of Sophocles, the investment plan in photovoltaics and battery energy storage systems financed by the EIB and Natixis for €507 million, which targets 500 MWp by June 2027.
For Starlight, the transaction completes the transfer of the remaining assets from an Italian platform of more than 300 MW developed over the past six years. Starlight continues to operate in Italy with a development pipeline of approximately 1.2 GW.
